Yes, the Republican party has sunk to a new low in approval polls.
But what that means is that, on average, 28 of the next 100 cars coming at you on the highway are being driven by people so completely unhinged from reality that they actually think Boehner, Cruz, Cantor, and the rest of that Whole Sick Crew are doing a pretty good job.
That's scary.
