You've got to love conservatives admitting Reagan didn't he know what he was talking about to excuse Trump:
I don't think the problem is that Trump isn't an expert on the nuclear triad. He had never heard of it.
FWIW, I'd guess that Reagan did know what the nuclear triad was. That's sort of thing used to be required of a presidential candidate.
